Your PC started its life with an admin account. Some people will take precautions by creating a spare local admin account, same as they have a spare house key cut for emergecies. It seems you demoted your account at some stage. There is a complex process shown here that lets you reverse this action. A simpler alternative consists of re-installing Windows.

I checked with the article which you share, as I mentioned earlier even if try to open the cmd it's asking administrator accounts, I believe in my case I'm stuck with the automatic repair screen, I don't know how to reach the System Recovery Options via system starts booting, because, I'm not able to reach the setting >Update and recovery -> Recovery.
Even have browsed how to reach the recovery page, based on that instruction too, the same message is getting
Thanks,

I mentioned before that the process is complex. The relatively easy part is to use a repair disk to boot the machine into Windows Repair Environmen. The really hard part follows later on. I could help you with that one but you're on your own when getting into the WRE.
Did you create a Windows Repair Disk?

Here is how to make a repair disk:
-
Run this command on any Win10 PC
RecoveryDrive.exe -
Plug in a USB flash disk of at least 8 GBytes
-
Untick the box labelled "Back up system files . . ."
Report back here when successful.
